Website Design & Development

These three tiers are designed to provide an idea of the range of website projects we assist with. Custom solutions are our specialty, though, so feel free to reach out if don’t see what you need.

Brochure Website

  • 1-5 pages
  • Content is informational and functionality is standard
  • Built on WordPress CMS
  • Includes one lead form and one email list generation form
  • Includes one round of site-wide revisions, additional revisions available for a fee
  • Updates are the client’s responsibility or billed hourly

Standard Turnaround = 5-10 business days

Showcase Website

  • 5-20 pages
  • Content may also feature up to 10 e-commerce products
  • Built on WordPress CMS with WooCommerce used for e-commerce functionality
  • Includes up to 3 forms
  • Includes up to two rounds of site-wide revisions, additional revisions available for a fee

  • Updates are the client’s responsibility or billed hourly

Standard Turnaround = 15-20 business days

Ultimate Website

  • Up to 40 pages
  • Content can include e-commerce, lead generation, or other custom functionality
  • Built on the platform of the client’s choice. Options include: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace
  • Updates and revisions are included for up to 90 days from project completion. Updates and revisions beyond 90 days will be charged at an hourly rate.

Basic Visual Branding

  • Up to two logo revisions included, additional revisions available for a fee
  • Delivery of files formatted for print and screen

Curated Branding

  • Up to three logo revisions included, additional revisions available for a fee
  • Selection of branded colors and fonts
  • Visual Identity Standards Guide document
  • Delivery of files formatted for print and screen

Full Branding

  • Logo design with and without a tagline
  • Up to five logo revisions included, additional revisions available for a fee
  • Selections of branded colors and fonts
  • Creation of a Messaging Guide to include a Summary Statement, Elevator Pitch, Messaging Pillars, and Keywords
  • Brand Standards Guide that includes Visual Identity Standards and Messaging Guide
  • Delivery of files formatted for print and screen

Digital Marketing

  • Delivery via Meta or Google Ad Networks
  • Targeted audience generation based on existing audience
  • 30 Day run time
  • Performance Summary Delivered Upon Completion

Standard Turnaround = 5-10 business days for initial concepts. The campaign runs for 30 days.

Digital Presence

  • 3 digital ads ran simultaneously with attached creative and messaging
  • Delivery via Meta and/or Google Ad Network
  • Targeted audience generation based on existing audience and market research
  • 90 Day run time
  • Performance Summary delivered bi-weekly to allow for adjustments

Standard Turnaround = 15-20 business days for initial concepts. The campaign runs for 90 days.

Digital Management

  • Up to 9 digital ads ran simultaneously with attached creative and messaging
  • Delivery via Meta and/or Google Ad Network
  • Up to 3 targeted audiences based on market research and persona profiles (only available with established Google Analytics)
  • 180 Day run time
  • Performance Summary delivered bi-weekly to allow for adjustments

Standard Turnaround = 15-20 business days for initial concepts. The campaigns run for 180 days.

Illustration

These three tiers are designed to provide an idea of the range of illustration projects we assist with. Custom solutions are our specialty, though, so feel free to reach out if don’t see what you need.

Single Image

  • Single concept created in “one-page” format. Examples include single-panel cartoons, book cover illustrations, tattoo designs, or other single-use images.
  • 1 Concept sketch for approval
  • One round of revisions included, additional revisions available for a fee
  • 1 final piece delivered in digital files for print and screen presentation

Standard Turnaround = 5-10 business days

Image Series

  • Up to 5 images designed with a shared concept created in “one-page” formats. Examples include multi-panel cartoons, book interior illustrations, portrait series, feature article illustrations or any other small illustration series.
  • 1 Concept sketch for approval for each piece.
  • One round of revisions included per piece, additional revisions available for a fee
  • Up to 5 final pieces delivered in digital files for print and screen presentation

Standard Turnaround = 15-20 business days

Image Portfolio

  • Up to 15 images designed with a shared concept created in “one-page” formats. Examples include instructional illustrations, illustrations for an ad series, children’s book illustrations, packaging illustrations or any series of images greater than 5.
  • 1 Concept sketch for approval for each piece.
  • One round of revisions included per piece, additional revisions available for a fee
  • Up to 15 final pieces delivered in digital files for print and screen presentation
